Javelin Technologies, Canada's leading provider of 3D Technology, is expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Applications Programmer for our Administrative Group in our Oakville, ON offices.

Javelin is looking for an individual who is self-motivated and passionate about improving business efficiency through the management, customization and deployment of internal applications.  As part of the Administrative Group, reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, this role is responsible for providing technical support, basic training and script maintenance, updates & deployment for NetSuite CRM and other platform applications.


  • Develop, update, test and/or maintain custom NetSuite scripts/programs used to automate company specific processes.
  • Responsible to test CRM new processes before deployment to users, including the development of test plans, test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments
  • Develop, update and maintain departmental dashboards, searches, and reports, as needed by the departments.
  • Promptly resolve assigned CRM-related technical support cases from internal employees.
  • Help in creation of monthly company reports using CRM (NetSuite) system.
  • Create and maintain internal training documentation for company processes related to CRM systems.
  • Deliver first level CRM (NetSuite) training to new employees.
  • Be involved in CRM (NetSuite) system related projects, enhancements, and process redesign.
  • Take proactive steps to ensure quality of data and perform regular data audits; resolve data integrity issues
  • Act as backup for Marketing and Subscription teams for CRM-related tasks.


  • BSc/BA in Computer Science
  • 3+ years of combined experience in working with CRM systems, consulting and technical support.
  • Past experience using NetSuite, SalesForce, NetSuite SuiteCloud and Java Script.
  • Working knowledge of Java, C, C#, HTML or other programming language.
  • Working knowledge in SQL/databases.
  • Hands-on experience providing support to users one-on-one as well as remotely by phone or screen sharing capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and a desire to take charge and innovate.
  • Strong planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and managing changing priorities. Learning new skills without prompting is expected.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and loves to find solutions to problems.
  • General knowledge of business functions and business processes.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network, relational databases),
  • Business analysis background/experience an asset.
  • Excellent professionalism, presentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Office).
  • Certification in NetSuite is strongly desired.
  • Must have a reliable transportation and a Valid Driver's license; travel may be required.
  • Ability to travel to the United States of America.
