As part of the Subscription Services team, assisting in the renewal of software subscriptions and support solution services that the company offers to clients across Canada.


  • Responsible for the renewals of subscription support services to existing SolidWorks users and Javelin clients.
  • Manage the process of subscription renewals (quoting, order management, invoicing).
  • Listen for, create and follow up on new business opportunities with the sales, training, and technical teams as required.
  • Provide product and technical information in a timely manner as requested.
  • Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend solutions
  • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
  • Follow up with requests or inquiries from the sales, training and operations team members.
  • Maintain customer files in NetSuite and create cases as needed for any service requirement on the SolidWorks website.
  • Sundry duties as assigned


  • 3+ Years' experience in Customer Service or related field
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and exercise good judgment
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
  • Capable of appreciating and meeting aggressive goals & targets
  • An innovative and 'make it happen' attitude
  • Intermediate to advance computer skills; working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with a CRM system, preferably NetSuite
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Team player
  • Able to travel throughout Canada and the United States of America
